Can I return my product?

While we are sure you will love your new purchase, we should mention we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • Is unsafe • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

What warranty do my products come with?

All our products come from the Australian authorised distributor, and come with a warranty backed by the Australian supplier. On most products this is 12-months, however please check each item as some items come with longer warranty periods. This warranty is in addition to your rights guaranteed by Australian Consumer Law.

To claim warranty simply return the item/s to one of our stores.

If you purchased your item in-store we will cover the cost of returning the item to the supplier and notify you when your item is ready for collection from our store.

If you purchased your item online we will cover the cost of sending the item from our store to the supplier and sending the item back to you, however you will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to your nearest store.

How does my order get sent?

BJ’s can dispatch your online order to anywhere in Australia. For small local deliveries around South East Queensland BJ’s use Couriers Please, and for larger order Startrack Express nationally. Your can visit either of our freight suppliers websites to get accurate transit time information. Once we dispatch your order we will send you confirmation of the shipping carrier used and tracking details.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, unfortunately at the current time we do NOT offer internationally shipping.

How long does it take for me to get my order?

Once you place your order our sales team will process your order and get everything ready for collection/dispatch. While we endeavour to process and dispatch your order same day it may sometimes take 1-3 days in peak time to dispatch your order. Once your order is processed and dispatched we will send you your Tax Invoice with tracking details.

Can I collect my order in-store?

Yes, you can collect your online order at either of our stores by selecting this in the checkout, one of our team member will contact you when your order is ready from collection at your selected store.

I am unsure what to purchase, can I speak to someone?

Absolutely our sales team are available to assist in-store, via email or on the phone during store hours and are more than happy to answer any questions you have or suggest an appropriate solution for your application. visit our contact us page to check your local stores opening hours and contact details.

Are you an Authorised Dealer?

BJ’s only purchase products from the Australian Authorised Distributor of the selected product. As such all products come with full Australian warranty from the Australian supplier, and meet all Australian standards.
